How will I get my rewards?
Once you spin, you will immediately get to know the reward you have won. You will
get the details on your email and the reward details will be stored in your reward
dashboard.
I would like to change my registered email id / mobile number?
For security of your account, you do not have that access. To update the information
please write to us at support@rewardport.in
from your registered id along with the Agent code and the information to be updated
How do I know how many spins I have?
To check the number of spins, visit your Reward Dashboard.

The number of spins are calculated based on various parameters, and are different
for every individual.
I have not received my voucher code on email?
Please check your spam folder. Your reward voucher codes are also stored in your
Reward Dashboard. If you still face any issues, you can write to us at

My reward voucher code is not working or showing as used?
